The customer’s reason for participation in the exhibition was to showcase the state-of-the-art equipment and technological processes management system in the oil and gas sector. Taking into careful consideration the large number of exhibits and comparatively little area available, we have visually expanded the space due to the expert and well-chosen lighting and planning solutions.
While designing the stand, we have provided for the considerable amount of illumination, both decorative LED lights and a large-size lightbox as an art chandelier. Together with glossy and matt surfaces, this solution lent lightness to the stand.
We have used individual poles for each product type. This solution made navigation through the stand easier and enabled the step-by-step product presentation. Some diverse multimedia equipment was utilized at the stand: an ORION seamless screen, (separately installed) seamless plasma display panels, touch pads. The suspended structure and using all the height available allowed us to avoid perceiving the stand as overcrowded and overloaded with exhibits.
The planners work was as always up to the mark! The demonstration desks placement was well-chosen and helped to avoid the stand being overcrowded and overloaded.
